On September 1, Scarlet Journey, the Enterprise CRM Initiative, successfully launched Salesforce Service Cloud functionality at New Brunswick One Stop Student Service Center, New Brunswick Financial Aid, New Brunswick Registrar, and New Brunswick Student Accounting, Billing, and Cashier Services. The launch was followed by two weeks of hypercare to support adoption and ensure system stability. One month after launch, there is 100% adoption at the One Stop and associated offices, and more than 10,000 cases have been submitted through web and email.
