On June 7, the Enterprise CRM Team launched Salesforce Core CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Events Management functionality to support graduate recruitment across Rutgers as part of Release 5 of Scarlet Journey, the Enterprise CRM Initiative. Additionally, our team has deployed functionality to support walk-in inquiries at the One Stop Student Service Centers across all Chancellor units including check-in process with swipe/tap readers, routing process, and monitor display.
